Parcels are shipped within 2-5 business days after payment is received. We use USPS for shipping. You can choose the shipping method offered by USPS during checkout. In any case, we will provide you with a tracking number to track your parcel online.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging fees, as well as postage. Handling fees are fixed, while shipping fees depend on the total weight of the package and the destination. If you want to order more than one item, we recommend combining them into one cart, otherwise shipping fees will be applied to each item separately.
We pack the works securely and carefully for shipping, but in exceptional cases they may be lost or damaged during transportation. If the item is lost, we will refund its cost (excluding handling and shipping costs) or, by agreement with the buyer, send a similar item that is in stock.
Sold items are non-refundable. If the item you shipped was damaged in transit, you should take pictures of the damage and contact USPS for compensation.
By default, any of the suggested shipping methods within the United States includes $100 insurance coverage. If you want to insure your order for more or the full value, please write about it in the order comments. The cost of additional insurance is calculated from the value of the item. You will need to pay it in addition to the cost of your order.
